I learned:
- that you can weigh more and still be slimmer than those who weigh less than you.
- food is fuel, treats are treats, but treats cannot fuel you.
- to stop mourning the person I was and to welcome the person I have become.
- that weight loss is very much a head game as much as it is a physical job.

    Awesome job!
  • Wow, what an incredible transformation! You look wonderful. I completely agree about the food is fuel thing. I always tell myself that I eat to fill my stomach not to please my mouth. It kind of throws a different perspective on the things that I choose to eat.

Why don't you should put these on your fridge door? They're great points!
