I did it last night!! I've not been doing any strength training to speak of though so I only managed to do 25 at a time with 10# weights. I certainly can feel it today though!! Thanks for the motivation!0

I managed to get in 100 last night! Since I've not been doing any strength training it was a challenge, but it was a challenge I completed. I had to do it in reps of 25 with 10# weights but I got 'em done! Whoo hoo!! Thanks for the motivation!!
