What to do with too many bananas?

You've gotten so many great responses, and a lot of the same things... so forgive me that this is also the same, but I always freeze my bananas when they start to become over-ripe and then when I get some free time I like to make banana protein muffins and have one for breakfast every morning during the work week.0

Blend it with some nutella and freeze them into Nutella Banana pops.
Make them into "cookies" by mashing them with oats, walnuts, chocolate chips, and cinnamon.
Freeze them (out of the peel) and put them into your protein shakes or smoothies.
