For me it varies. I try to do some exercise every day, but sometimes it's just a few mini-workouts on my breaks at work, sometimes it's a long hike, sometimes Turbo Fire workouts, which vary from 15 - 60 min. Sometimes Zumba, running, walking, calisthenics, weights, resistance bands, swimming, playing on the water slide, playing with the grandkids, gardening, yard work... Sometimes I workout several times a day, sometimes only once. I just try to stay as active as possible when not sitting at my desk, which I do for too many hours.

Seven days a week for at least an hour. Four days involve resistance training, the other days are various intensities of cardio, from Zumba to kickboxing to walking.

I'm up to six days a week now. I try to get in at least 45 minutes, but prefer to go for 90 minutes total when I can.

I'm back to doing just high intensity cardio right now while I try to get to my goal weight, but then will shift back to 50/50 weights and cardio so that I can work on my muscle tone.

I walk 40 minutes (in 3 pieces) 5 times a week at work
I sometimes walk another 20 minutes in the evening
I'm starting to do a 25-30 minute low-impact DVD in the evenings

It's way more than I was doing before.

I try to exercise everyday, I aim to burn 1k+ calories a day.

That's insane unless you know how to fuel it...use your diet for weight control, exercise for fitness

CrossFit weekday mornings for usually 45-60 minutes. Then I either hike or mountain bike one day each weekend. Hikes are 4-6 hours. Rides are 2-4 hours. If I backpack on the weekends, which means hiking both Saturday and Sunday, then I take Monday as a rest day.

ETA: I also take my dog on our nightly 2-mile pack walk (takes about 45-55 minutes depending on how fast I feel like going).

I work out every day.. In the mornings I do elliptical, treadmill, abdominal crunches, and use a weight to strengthen my arms for pitching, throwing and batting for softball.. Then three days a week I do all the above and add some lifting weights and weights on my legs too.. Maybe it's too much but I wanna lose some serious weight..

I do arms(weights) & abs on M-W-F mornings, C25K on the treadmill T-T-Sat mornings, then M-W-F nights & Sat mornings I do 1 hour Zumba class, Tuesday night I bowl on a league -1 1/2 hours. I take Thursday nights and all day Sunday off. It will change once it gets warmer and I get closer to my goal weight, but I'm in the beginning stages and am losing 2 # a week!

some weeks i hit the gym hard for 2 hours a day. this week i'm taking it easy and clocking about 45 minutes a day.

one week, as a challenge, i worked out for 3-4 hours a day for 7 straight days. that was a nightmare. i'm glad i'm not a pro athlete because i feel like that would just kill me.

Varies for me - today will be 45 minutes of a 'bootcamp' type class in the heat of a hot yoga studio. TOmorrow will be a hot yoga at 7am for an hour and then a follow up yoga core class at 5:30pm for an hour...Saturday, one hour hot yoga, Sunday hot yoga core class for an hour. Yesterday? Nothing!

I work out for about an hour during the week with a mix of strength training and cardio. I cycle between 25-40 miles on the weekend.

I do Zumba classes 2-4 times a week. I usually use my two 15 min breaks at work to walk around lunch room table, jump rope, hula hoop, anything that gets me moving since I am at a desk all day. Even if u can only do 10 min a day, that is something!!!

60 mins 5 days a week. Mostly cardio, interval training, as I just started this all in November of last year. This has helped me to lose a steady 2lb a week since then, so, I guess it must be working. My plan is to go to 3 days a week of cardio and 2 days of weights for maintenance.
