    I've just stumbled upon another addition... if you have some left over (cooked) pasta just mix that in after you have microwaved your serve of soup to add an extra dimension.

    I would then have to call the dish "Flesh Eating Minestrone" but given the carb hit to the calories, not so flesh eating :-)

    I went on holidays for a week and piled on the weight, and I'm currently tracking about 2kg above my most recent average weight and 4kg above my lowest weight.

    It feels good to be back on the soup as I know it will put me back on track. Honestly the soup is a one man army for my weight lose, I can't tell you how much I rely on it to keep my weight off.
