for one, you're probably eating way too little.0

^This and your post is a bit vague. We don't know what you mean by "complete diet change." You could open your diary so we can see "what' you are consuming. But if it has been bad and on-going for a week, maybe a trip to the doctor's office is in order.0 -
It's your body responding to your diet change. It should start to regulate but, if not, I'd have it evaluated. Stay hydrated!0

How do i open my diary?0

It happened to me when I started MFP about a month ago and eventually gone. Don't worry, your body is adapting to a new habit. Maybe because you consumed more fibers which is good? Or it could be because you lessened your diets to the extreme all of sudden? Most likely because of the fibers increase. Drink plenty of water to make up for your water loss. Just stick to a clean eating plan and you will be OK:) Good luck xoxo0

I agree and also to comment about 1200 cals, that may be too little per day (definitely is for me).
Like this poster said, I think your body is just responding to your lifestyle change.. I had that for about a month to a month and half. Sometimes it comes back and it goes again.. just keep yourself hydrated well and doing what you are doing.0 -
Ill drink more water!!! But i opened my diary! So its only been 6 days not a whole lot to read but let me know
What im doin wrong? Maybe a wrong food choice? I have mo idea im new to this0 -
soooooooo.... yeah. I looked at your diary and my almost had a bad case of "ooooops, I'mma crap my pants" too. You really need to hit that 1200 goal. Consider that a minimum for what you should eat, not a limit. No state troopers are gonna come up and pull you over if you hit that goal.0

Saw your diary. Not good. You are eating way too little and the little bit you are eating isn't very nutritious. I'd not be surprised if you're making yourself sick. Your body can't be happy with the way you're treating it. Stop the extreme dieting and start a healthy lifestyle. Your loss will be slower, but it will be healthy and sustainable in the long term. Good luck! :flowerforyou:0

Yup, you're not eating enough, calories or nutrition. Don't see any fruits or veggies in there. What about dairy?0

seriously. It isn't just that you need to throw fruits into the mix, but your body is screaming at you about needing MOAR FOODZ.0 -
You actually had 1 piece of gum for breakfast and 443 calories that day?? If that's true you really need to eat more.0
-
...Don't worry, your body is adapting to a new habit. Maybe because you consumed more fibers which is good? Or it could be because you lessened your diets to the extreme all of sudden? Most likely because of the fibers increase...
No. Look at the diary. Not a lot of fiber being consumed here. Hot dogs and white buns don't = high fiber diet. Eat more vegetables, fewer hot dogs, more whole grains, lean proteins and please eat your minimum calories AT LEAST.0 -
idk. some people think normal BM's are that just cause they aren't used to going on a regular basis. my sis in law case in point. she thinks being backed up and going 1ce or 2ce a week is normal. go to the dr. so you can explain your $h!t to a real doctor in precise detail. he gets paid for that, we don't.0

You just need to eat more...of everything. You need to figure out what you "should" be eating at calorie # wise and get used to meeting those calorie goals. Once you get the hang of that, then you can tweak to meet your macros and such.
I think fast food or food that people call "junk" are okay in moderation. But just know that there are foods that are high in calories that are healthier than other choices...and will help you meet your calorie goals.
Foods like peanut butter, olive oil, eggs, butter (not the substitutes), avocado oil, protein powders, granola bars (like Nature Valley), protein bars, oatmeal, potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes, breads, pastas, rice, cheese, milk, meats, no low calorie condiments/snacks, etc. Maybe include some ice cream0 -
After looking at your diary, you certainly need to eat more calories and get in more quality foods like veggies, lean meat, dairy, healthy fats, certain grains (not white, overly processed ones). Joylia provided an excellent list of foods to get you started.0
