    Thank you for posting your picture, i've been on the site 4 days now and i started at 251 lbs, i know how you felt.
    i am now 222, got terribly sick and couldn't eat anything for 2 weeks. it kickstarted me to continue i feel so good
    i lost 20 lbs and have lost another 10 ibs since January 4, 2013. my goal is 150. You look so great and give me such encouragement. Thank you for the courage to post, what a blessing you are to the rest of us. Keep moving forward.
