    WOW. Damn. You are incredible. I now see the value of a before picture, I have not wanted to take one because I hate how I look. But I hope someday to be able to show off my weight loss like you are!
    In terms of your motivation, first, you blew your first goal out of the park so you can keep going! Just a few more left. You can totally do it!!!
