either carrot or cucumber sticks, dip into some tzatziki and then dip into mixed sunflower and pumpkin seeds....

And if those seeds are lightly roasted first...makes it even more delicious!

    Enjoy!!!

This is my new favourite - just discovered it..!

Heat slices of apple sprinkled with cinnamon, in a bowl in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Tastes like hot apple pie, but super healthy and sooo yummy!

yum , going to try that

Whole grain wrap with pb, wrapped around a banana, or for my ice cream cravings - a pot of fat free raspberry yogurt, half a cup frozen raspberries, and quarter cup of granola; layer in the bowl with the granola on top, let sit on the counter for 5-10 min. so the berries start to defrost and the yogurt starts to freeze, stir and enjoy!

    Hummus.

Hummus and wheat thins, or hummus and baby carrots, I actually love it on apple slices but people look at me weird for that one

What's your favorite hummus? I tried roasted peppers and couldn't get into it.

I am addicted to Fountain of Health brand hummus. Especially the roasted garlic. But the original is yummy too. And they are all natural.

The individually wrapped Sun Sweet Prunes. They are so sweet, full of fiber, and seem to melt in your mouth. I can stick a few in my pocket or purse when I go out. They are only 25 calories each.
