    This was at about 70-75lbs lost. Was not my heaviest in the "before" pic. Still a ways to go...it is still hard to for me to tell a difference.

    I hope this helps to be able to see the pics... has to be all lower case letters and no spaces between the bracket and img... [ img ] at the beginning and [ /img ] at the end

    MIne's my profile pic. Lost 60 lbs. total initially in 2009-2010. Gained about 20-25 due to a couple mild injuries and steroids last year so I am working to get that back off now.
