    In the first photo, I weighed about 230 pounds. In the second photo, I weigh about 180 pounds. I still have about 20 pounds to go, but I am super happy with myself as-is!!

    MIne's my profile pic. Lost 60 lbs. total initially in 2009-2010. Gained about 20-25 due to a couple mild injuries and steroids last year so I am working to get that back off now.
