    This was me almost exactly three years ago at 200 pounds.

    I lost a whole lot of weight. This was me face at my smallest.

    But then I had to gain back some weight this year, so this is more accurate and recent. Trying to get back to the previous picture, but it's still good to realize even though I've got some vanity pounds, I've not regressed as badly as my mind keeps telling me I have.

    ok so this first one is from April 2011...such a puffy face..omgosh! didnt realize how far Ive come till I saw this again! I was around 216 lbs...

    I didn't even notice a difference before looking at the photos. First pic is from early February, second pic is from a day ago and there is about a 36 lb difference in these pics. I still have more than 100lbs to go
