I didn't even notice a difference before looking at the photos. First pic is from early February, second pic is from a day ago and there is about a 36 lb difference in these pics. I still have more than 100lbs to go

Thanks, my husband bought me this top the other night, I honestly have a love hate relationship with push ups haha. But I can see the Dino's point here.

The great thing is the biggest difference i see in all of these before and after photos is a certain glow if you will on the after faces. A bigger smile and some confidence in each of you that have posted. I say well done to all of you. Keep up the good work.

I personally use photo bucket I just upload my pics click on the pic in the right hand side it will say things like:

Email im
Direct
html
img

You want the img one you will get this:



remove both URL and part
then change the capital IMG to lower case and your done.

( only with lower case imgs at beginning and end)
