Maybe I should wait.............nah that's what got me to the weight I am (waiting for Monday). I did 3000 steps on the Eliptical (it counts steps) and I did 5000 steps at work. So 8000 steps for the first day (march 20, 2013),

Maybe I should wait.............nah that's what got me to the weight I am (waiting for Monday). I did 3000 steps on the Eliptical (it counts steps) and I did 5000 steps at work. So 8000 steps for the first day (march 20, 2013),
