i was just wondering who out there has lost weight in 4 weeks if any and how much? I need some motivation ! thanks

I've lost about 10 lbs each month, consistently for the first 2 months. I started the 15th of December.0

I lost about 13 the first month, and then my second month I've lost 4. 4 per month is actually my goal, slow but steady!0

I've lost 13 lbs since Jan 21st, so a little over a month. It was 12 lbs in 4weeks :happy: My goal is 2lbs a week so 10 per month. So far so good!0

depends on which month you're talking about. I dropped it fast at the beginning. In this past month, I lost 3lbs.
It all works out in the end. I think I lost about 10 lbs + the first month0 -
My first month (January 2013) 12 lbs. This month (so far) 7 lbs. Hoping when I weigh in this saturday it will be another lb lost! Then I will be at 20 exactly for 2 months.0

i started on 14th january and in the first month lost 25 lbs
6 weeks in am on 32 lbs
rule one - it don't go in if it can't be calorie counted
rule two - stick to the damn calories0 -
