Maybe your lack of motivation comes from your eating. When I eat better I am more focused and energized than the days I don't.0

sometimes i don't want to...so i don't. i know i love to exercise, so i figure that if i don't want to, my body must be telling me i need a rest.
if i think resting too much is going to become a habit, i tell myself that i can do anything for 15 minutes...and then i usually end up doing more.
but i think you are asking how you can change your attitude? that is only going to come from inside you.
personally, i'm happy to be able to move. i'm grateful to be able to exercise. tuesdays at my gym we have wheelchair basketball. those folks have no legs, and some have no arms.
exercise is a privelege to me, not a hardship.0
