I made this for dinner and it was so yummy! I forgot about the pickle and I forgot to add steam holes, I also cooked it at 350 for only 15 minutes. The dough was starting to brown, there were a couple spots it could have used a few more minutes in the oven. The crunch from the lettuce, the tang of the dressing, it was everything a big mac should be, and way better! I used light mayo to make the thousand island dressing and kept it to less than a tablespoon per serving. Boyfriend liked it too, he's not into big macs but he gobbled this up!

Didn't get sick after I ate it as I usually do with big macs. My problem was I wanted to finish the leftovers after I had my serving! Now I'm going to want to make this a few times a month thank you for sharing!

I made this last weekend after seeing the recipe here. I thought it was good. But what was even better is that my family LOVED it. It is definitely on the "make again" list at my house.

I tried this tonight. Followed the recipe exactly, but my calories came out to 211 per serving. Not sure where the difference came from. Anyone else have different calories than op?

Either way, I thought it was great!

Mine came out to 273cals per serving. Used 1lb of lean beef, 8 slices of cheese, and 6 of the 8 cresent rolls.

  • "Big Mac Casserole" just sounds like it should be nowhere near the word "Fitness". Is it just me?

I TOTALLY agree with you. True health doesn't come from eating lowfat, or low carb, or following WW. It comes from eating real, unprocessed food.
