    I'm in for 30 miles!! First time trying one of these challenges but super excited!! Trying to get ready for 1st ever 5k on 4/13/13!!

    Is there a way of adapting this challenge to those of us whose preferred forms of cardio don't involve traversing a distance?

    Sorry, not this challenge...this one is just for distance moved....perhaps you can set up a smaller distance and do some walking in order to participate????

    Is there a way of adapting this challenge to those of us whose preferred forms of cardio don't involve traversing a distance?

    No thanks. I just hate doing anything other than high intensity cardio with a passion lol. Anything that involves going for more moderate intensities for longer periods of time just makes me want to shoot myself. Just checking though. Thanks anyway =)

    Well lots of walking around the office and up and down the stairs (working 3 floors up helps a lot....)

    Another 2.5 miles on the beach today so I am at 5/80 for March. Might add in the stationary bike too since I hope to have the computer on it fixed today! I know - I have always only tracked run/walking miles but I may just have my own matching challenge on the bike miles. I'm sticking with 80 on foot for now.
