Back for March - Lot's of spinning, but since spring is upon us ... Hopefully some outdoor cycling and running for March !!!

Well I rocked the first 10 days of March...another 15.37 (12 on Saturday, 3.37 Sunday), for a total of 53.01 so far:
However, my first Half Marathon is on Saturday so I'm taking it easy the rest of the week. 2 more short runs Tuesday and Thursday and that's it for the week! It's going to be hard after my last two 30+ mileage weeks...but I know it's good for me !0 -

A slow start and getting back on the saddle after nearly 2 weeks off with a flu-virus. Will need to downscale this months target to just 750 miles

3.37 of intervals at lunch...doing 5min warmup walk, 120 sec steady jog, 30 sec sprint, 30 sec walk - repeat 120/30/30 9x. total workout was 39 mins today cause i jogged during my 5 min cool down and got back to the office before my 40 min planned workout...
21.5/75 complete....i'm pushing to get caught up this week and get myself into the lime before the weekend...0 -
