Okay, Megfah, I accept your challenge to move my *kitten* with this thread. My goal is 40 miles for the month. I run my miles outside in the Wisconsin weather with my incredibly loyal and energetic running partner, Winston (featured in my MFP ticker). I'm looking forward to this accountability as I prepare for an 8k at the end of April.

My March goal is 80 miles. I registered for a 5K on March 31 and I'd like to do it in 30 -35 minutes. I need to lose 4-5 lbs, get stronger and run a little faster, so on top of running 3x per week I started counting calories and strength training 2x week :bigsmile:0
