    Sure you can!!!! Use a bike or go a little farther each day!! I was sick for over a week but I kept moving. I told myself "I'm not dead yet"!!!!

    26 people hit their goals, 27 have moved over 100 miles and 4 over 200 miles.

    We started the thread for people who wanted to burn some fat and get fitter, but this is turning into the endurance athlete forum. I doubt if there are any fat or unfit people left in the challenge anymore. Great work everyone. :drinker: :drinker:
