    Just for fun: So far I've been just jogging with intermittent other things, I think I need to kick it up a notch so I'm going to add 60 burpees to the days that I don't run, save for at least 1 day of rest each week. Hopefully this falls under the "fun" category :P

    If you don't mind me asking..how tall are you? I just joined this yesterday and for me the biggest challenge to lose weight is to really admit to myself that I need to. I am 5'7'' and I hide my weight well, so when I tell people I can't eat this or I can't eat that they (for the most part) always say, "but why? you look fine". So mentally I always start off excited and by the end of the first week of being on any diet I always fall off the wagon.
    I recently got to 161 lbs, went down just watching what I am eating to 155 lbs, yesterday I joined this website at 155 so:

    Since I saw that your goal is the same as mine, and that you are doing so well (12 lbs in 1 month is amazing), I wanted to reach out to you and know what you do to keep yourself motivated and to not rationalize your way out of being on a diet....

    I'm really good at persuading myself I look fine, and talking myself out of diets!
    at 5'6" my goal is 55kg as this is what I weighed a few years ago...and that's when I felt best about the way I looked and felt.
    so joining this group is all about accountability and motivation to keep up a healthy lifestyle.
    I joined in January and lost about 10lb, then my loss really slowed down in Feb...I am determined to keep to my goal (excercise and weight loss)

    March would be my second month of diet, healthy eating and MFP. Until now I am really pleased with the result. This month I would like to continue of course and loose some weight, 5 or more pounds :). I really want to go really steady with this, I want to change my life not just my appearance.

    I have to update my weight. Surprisingly this morning when I weighted my self I was 181.5. I am extremely happy. This march has to be a really good month:). I am 20 years old and would like to make friends to talk to about our weight loss difficulties. All my friends are slim so I don't really want to explain my weight problems to them.     Just for fun: What new fitness exercise or event are you going to do this month? My goal is to run 50 miles and to do JM 30DS. I got off track for awhile now I got to get back into it. I gained 15 lbs back that I lost last year :/
