    I do not exercise on a regular basis, but I am starting Zumba @ home. I am using the Wii and attempting to earn points as an extra motivator :)

    I really put in the work this week, and I'm really happy with a lb loss... it's been weeks since a lost a whole lb at weigh-in! The plan is to keep on doing what I have been this week... just got to stay motivated!

    Go to your profile and there is a place to add a ticker. You can go into the weigh-in that is on the left sidebar to update your weight.

    Feb was a terrible month for me, no loss or no gain ! I upped my calorie in take by 220 to see if maybe I have been under eating, because I have been doing 5-6 hours of cardio a week. So need a challenge, So all in.....

    I was doing great but hit a plateau + went on holiday ;-) Didn't stop working out but the food I ate was not exactly aiding the goal ;-)

    I'm currently training for my frist half marathon (April 7th) and it would be great to carry around less weight on that trip ...
    Apart from that I am just on the last few days of the 30 day shred and will eb doing a 10K run end of the month in Berlin.

    Exercise Goal for the month - A work friend of mine finally talked me into going to her crossfit class last week. I enjoyed it but as I don't do any intense cardio or very high reps when I lift it's really hard on me. My goal this month is to go from twice a week to Mon-Fri by the last week of the month.

    Exercise Goal for the month - Walking at least three times a week. We are going to Vegas for the first time this weekend for five days, so the eating part will be hard, I'm letting myself have some fun, just not too much. But, we will be doing a ton of walking as we explore, so that should help.

    I'm going to start back with my C25k training. There is a fundraiser race at the school of nursing that I graduated from that I'd like to participate in on 4/6, and then the school's alumni race is 4/20. I'd also going to try and start doing more weights and strength based activities. I am ok with cardio but want to be building muscle too and I like the good burn I feel in the days after a good session.
