Hi there. I'm Ashleigh and I'm 20 years old. I'm looking to gain muscle and get fit enough to join the army. For my selection tests, I need to do a 1.5 mile run in 14 minutes or under (I'm aiming 10 minutes or under), push-ups, pull-ups, sit ups and a jerry can test (which is about 20kg of weight in each hand and walking so far with it). The running is the most difficult for me because I'm a complete beginner. And trying to gain weight is a nightmare!
