    Add me to the challenge. I log my gym miles on my calendar in my gym bag so I'll come back later & add them & decide on my goal for the month.
    Okay, I'm back! Most of my miles are at the gym on the treadmill (TM) some workout are on the bike (BK) I'll list those too just to show I'm not being lazy but I'm not going to count them. If I'm doing the bike instead of the treadmill then I've got aches & pains (lol)

  • I'll bite! I've been averaging 2 miles a day. But I could increase this! Today I took off with my aging shepherd and my son's bouncing Staffy. The Staffy is great, she moves! However, my older shepherd (10) is easily distracted and stops our progress. Today we did 2.5 at about 3 mph.

  • At this point I don't have a goal to how many miles I achieve by the end of the month. My only goal is to be able to walk 4-5 miles at a fast pace rate in the long run. Right now I am able to 1-2 miles at a fast pace rate before slowing down to a regular pace walk. Here is where I am currently at:
    3/13th - 1 mile
    3/14th - 2 miles
    3/15th - 4 miles
