    I am new to the site so am a little late in starting. Would like to set my goal for 30 miles for March.

    Excellent! I just found your thread today so will try for 30 mi this month, which is 30 more than I did last month :)
    I'm going to use a combination of Leslie Sansone and outdoor walks.

    I joined a gym. I didn't walk today, but I stationary biked, swam, stair mastered, and crunched.
