    Yesterday wasnt the best day but it just works that way sometimes

    Hi,
    Just found this thread, but my goal is 10000+ steps a day with at least 30 minutes on the treadmill for aerobic exercise. I use STRIIV app, if anyone wants to join our team. We push each other to keep the streak alive.
    March 1st - 12,735, 5.1 miles, 118 minutes
    March 2nd-13,542, 5.6 miles, 124 minutes
    March 3rd-14,818, 5.8 miles, 130 minutes
    March 4th - 15,191, 6.7 miles, 135 minutes

    Have 4000+ in for today already. : )

    If you want to use STRIIV app, let me know. The more the more we walk

    Today, March 1st Fitbit says 10384 steps,11 Floors, ran all work errands, and finished them on treadmill, earning me a glass of wine.
    Goal for march? 300,000 steps, average of 70,000 steps/week
    March 2/13 , it was a long day at work and hardly any steps, so I got home and spent an hour on the treadmill. 10624 steps, 5 floors: Followed by a glass of wine and bed
    March 3/13 Climbed Mt Erskin, Saltspring island: 11889 steps, 129 floors. Beautiful sunny day.
    March 4/13 Weather still sunny, took dog for walk in park, had to finish off w 20 min on TM, 10247 steps, 19 floors climbed

    Got in 1.47 miles yesterday (Sunday). Also realized I set my ticker wrong! My goal is 100 miles this month-- it will be a challenge but I think I can do it!

    Started my March Walking Challenge on Saturday with 1mile on inclined treadmill.
    Completed 3 miles of multi muscle walking and 1 mile on inclined treadmill on Sunday.
    Completed 4 miles of multi muscle walking and 1 mile on inclined treadmill today! :smile: :wink: :happy:
    I will log in everyday I walk but I plan to walk at least 1 mile a day.

    Is it too late to join? I have walked almost everyday in March and using MapMyRun to track so I can add in what I have booked so far in March? Let me know someone. Also, where/how do you track what you walk so that others see, just add it in a post/reply?

    Happy Wednesday everyone. Yesterday was a bad day. Went to PT for my back and the dr did me in. I was so sore that I just could not get anymore in and went to bed

    3/1~~~all day meeting at work so no exercise
    3/2~~~fitbit says 2.37. My exercise today was grocery shopping at Walmart. I parked at the very back of the lot too
    3/3~~~cleaned house for 2 hours
    3/4~~~in meetings all day for work so no exercise
    3/5~~~treadmill for 40 minutes
