Am on Level 1 Day 6 today and my knees are really starting to play me up - anyone any idea why? xx
My knees, ankles and even wrists have been sore from level 2. I just push through it, it will get better as your body gets stronger and adjusts. Plus I'm 210 lbs so it's probably a lot of weight on my joints in certain moves. You know your body best though so if you think something is wrong definitely go see your doctor.0 -

Good job everyone!!! We can do this! Day 16 done-level 2. How is this not getting easier?!? LOL! I have lost a couple of inches though so far so I am keeping it up!!!0

How many calories are you eating while doing this DVD? I just picked it up from the library, starting tomorrow.0

Level 2 day 7 done. Rest day tomorrow. I bumped my calories up to 1400 while doing this DVD, I was at 1300 and just felt like my body needed more. So far it's working I've lost 7 lbs from the start of the DVD and 3 since upping my calories0

FYI, in another thread... someone said to get an accurate calorie count, you do 3.267 x your weight/3 and that's what you should be entering...0

Okay after a few days off I just finished Level 2 day 6 of shred...It felt like I had just started the program...I recommend if any one take rest days not to rest more than 2 days in between...because it was HARD!!!0

I did it and lost 8 lbs. You really need to be organized. My fav shake was 1 cup tru almond milk , half cup of frozen cherries from Costco nad whey protein vanilla icecream powder and a small handfull if baby spinach in in blender. Delicious!!!!0
