    I lift weights 4 days a week at the gym.

    I do cardio at home on "off" days. The cardio comes from various programs that I think are fun such as Turbo Jam, Turbo Kick, Rockin' Body, Zumba, etc. (I like kickboxing and dancing...I couldn't just run on a treadmill without being bored to death!)
