Ripped in 30 from monday on. Anyone starting it too?

    Ohhh now I am scared for week 2! I am loving week 1 though. My new favorite workout DVD so far!

    Week 2 day 1!! OMG!! This has defo got harder!! I was dying on planks!!!!

    Oh, no...! Not planks again! Those were killers in 30DS level2 also. Oh, well, I have 2 more days to prepare emotionally for that...

    Week 2 day 2! I've got better than yesterday but still keep resting in planks!!! I have no upper arm strength!!!

    Will start week 2 tomorrow but for now I just enjoy my REST day. Just a little bit of running and no Jillian...

    What about you girls? What's your rest day about? "No workout" day or just a pause on Ripped?

    I do RI30 5 days a week, 1 rest day with no exercise at all, and another day of whatever workout I want to kind of mix things up a bit so I don't get bored.
  • Hi guys! I'm on day 6 and going to do 5 days on each level. Today I'm starting level(week) 2. So far I've been eating tot more than 1200 cal a day, but for some reason going up in weight every day. The first day I lost eight but then it went only up. Do you guys experience something like that as well? I drink a lot of water, 2 liters every day, just jet I don't feel thinner nor my clothes feel like fitting better. In workouts I give it my all, and never stop.

    my starting measurements are :
    Neck 34.5 cm
    Waist 93 cm
    Hips 105 cm
    Thigh 60 cm
    Inside tight 66 cm
    Top arms 34 cm
    Boobs 73 cm
    weight 158.7 lbs
    height 5 ft6 inch

    My rest day is sunday. If I do anything at all it is just an easy walk or something.

    I do RI30 Monday through Saturday.

    Also running MWF and elliptical TRS.

    What are your plans after finishing RI30? Anyone going with Insanity? Or are you going to repeat some 30ds or Ri30? Other workouts in mind? I'm curious cause I'm still not decided myself (2 more weeks to go till then....)
