Ripped in 30 from monday on. Anyone starting it too?

I recently upped my calories to 1570 TDEE -20%! Hoping it works! I didn't lose no weight from 30DS last month but my legs have toned up! Although that is not my problem area! More of an apple shape me its all sittin in my belly!!! Day 5 ripped in 30 completed today I will be doing it for 6 days 1 rest day! After this I'm thinking to do both 30ds and ripped!! I'm having alot of problems trying to lose 20 lbs of weight! I haven't lost not even a pound in 3 months! I can see here so many post of ppl that have lost so much weight. I would love to know how!! As a joke that you wil never lose weight and he was joking but he has seen me on this journey for 6months and prob thinks I'm never going to do it and I think inside I kind of believe that too! I can't picture this weight coming off!0 -
hi all well i move up to week 2 tomorrow i hope its fun, im enjoying but yes i think wk1 is the easy week, oh well bring it on jillian, we got this everyone x oh and btw when i did shred i gained initially but overall i did lose so keep going dont get disheartened. The weight does shift eventually0

I started on Monday too!!! It was good but I like 30ds better. I know jillian is hard on us but her DVD always gives results. Last year I end up losing 20 pounds from doing 30ds. If u guys wants to add me feel free to do that.0

Will start week 2 tomorrow but for now I just enjoy my REST day. Just a little bit of running and no Jillian...

I do RI30 5 days a week, 1 rest day with no exercise at all, and another day of whatever workout I want to kind of mix things up a bit so I don't get bored.0

Hi guys! I'm on day 6 and going to do 5 days on each level. Today I'm starting level(week) 2. So far I've been eating tot more than 1200 cal a day, but for some reason going up in weight every day. The first day I lost eight but then it went only up. Do you guys experience something like that as well? I drink a lot of water, 2 liters every day, just jet I don't feel thinner nor my clothes feel like fitting better. In workouts I give it my all, and never stop.
my starting measurements are :
Neck 34.5 cm
Waist 93 cm
Hips 105 cm
Thigh 60 cm
Inside tight 66 cm
Top arms 34 cm
Boobs 73 cm
weight 158.7 lbs
height 5 ft6 inch0 -
My rest day is sunday. If I do anything at all it is just an easy walk or something.
I do RI30 Monday through Saturday.
Also running MWF and elliptical TRS.0 -
What are your plans after finishing RI30? Anyone going with Insanity? Or are you going to repeat some 30ds or Ri30? Other workouts in mind? I'm curious cause I'm still not decided myself (2 more weeks to go till then....)0
