    Back to the topic at hand...

    I drink a shake after a great workout, so I use chocolate milk....

    1 cup skim choc milk
    1 scoop pure protein vanilla whey
    1 T peanut butter
    ICE.
    Blend...viola, delicious!
    this tastes like a choc milk shake, and depending on where I am for calories in the day I might add more peanut butter, or instead of peanut butter I might add a banana. I feel like the choc really helps mask the protein powder

    Dymatize Elite - 0 grams of sugar.

    Chocolate PP - With water, 1/2 banana, Some oats or flax seed. Every now and then I use Soy Chocolate milk.
    Orange PP - 1/4-1/2 cup of orange juice + water, taste good.
