i'm experiencing the same, i reduced my sugar intake and i don't crave it as much and i'm not as hungry as i usually amI just started watching my sugar intake and trying to keep it very low. since then i have 3.9 lbs and it has helped me not get so hungry during the day.0 -
i have a banana for breakfast with my cereal, and i snack on red grapes.0
