    You are an exceptional person. You have shown everyone on this site exactly why we are all here and for that I thank you. Just seeing your post and reading about your story is a great boost to me personally. I have to ask though what do you plan to do about the extra skin? Is there a natural way to tighten it up or is your only option surgery? Keep on pushing forward!
