Greek yoghurt (full fat), almonds (measured), Oatcakes and WATER.

Most of the time when you snack you are not hungry, you are just dehydrated IMO

I have Nature Valley Granola Thins 80-90 calories a bar, Fiber One Brownies 90 calories a bar and Cocos Roasted Almonds in a 100 calorie pack. They are all great!

I will buy Kashi cereal, (go lean crunch is a favorite) and measure out all the portions into baggies to have as an afternoon snack without milk but usually with a cup of decaf :).

Pop chips, Kallo rice cakes (either a chocolate rice thin, or two blueberry and vanilla rice cakes), cherry tomatoes. I also like to cut a tortilla wrap into pieces and bake them in the oven- home made tortilla chips!!

I keep a lot of food at work since I eat breakfast and lunch here. In fact, I'm here right now!

    Foods I have enjoyed are:

    coffee, of course
    string cheese
    granola bars or energy bars
fruit - bananas, apples, fruit salad if I buy the fruit and cut it up
If i bake healthy muffins, I keep them in the fridge too

I also have an extra water bottle, a big one, that I keep it in the fridge with a few green tea bags for sun tea. I drink that in the afternoon.

It also depends how you define MEALS and SNACKS. I keep yogurt in the fridge which can be either a meal or a snack, however you slice it.

    rum

Excellent idea. Wonder if I could put something clear like vodka in my protein shake for work and get away with it. :drinker:

Awesome ideas, please keep them coming! I want to build a weekly rotation of snacks to bring at work. I get tired of the same stuff easily so I'm keeping notes.

The post about rum made me giggle a little bit.

String cheese, fruits & veggies, apples, cuties, applesauce, peaches, pears. These are my everyday items, if I want something extra or special, I have to make a trip to the store next door. I do not keep anything else at my work station.
