Hey everyone! I've been tracking my diet on MyFitnessPal on and off for a couple of months, but I wanted to take my profile public to get some more support! I've definitely got the exercise portion down, but I occassionally have the urge to eat a little too much at one sitting or late at night. But, I'm looking to lose 30lbs in time for my wedding next summer and continue to stay fit and active!

    Hello Jenna1024, my own just realized fully today if you want to curb your cravings just occupy your time in those craving moments by doing something go wash your face, litterally exercise, type you get the idea it'll past in a few minutes.:-)
