Im looking for friends i can chat to online who are in their 40's, im finding it harder to lose weight now im 43 in body, but still 18 in my mind!! :tongue:

    OP, me too! I still feel 20 in my head. The bod not so much, but it is still a work in progress. I definitely feel that life can be even better at this age; mine sure is! So, feel free to friend me!! :)

    Totally agree, 43 here and feeling the best in my life. Lots of hard work, but it pays off in the end.
