Okay! So I got dressed yesterday and remembered I hadn't put this dress on in a couple of months and that I took my "GOAL ACHIEVED" pics in it. Thought it would be interesting to do a side by side and see if there had been any changes since I had been PLATEAU CITY since December. Literally - the scale DID NOT MOVE until last week - and just BARELY.

Well whaddya know!!!!! BURN ALL SCALES!!!!!! LOL!

WOW! Thank you so much for posting that. I had been at a plateau after reaching 50 lbs lost also since December and got so frustrated because I could see changes in my body that were NOT reflected on the scale then just last week it moved. It's comforting to know it's not just me. THANK YOU for posting this. you look amazing! And it's proof the scale is a dirty liar!
