    Melissa - I don't even know where to start. I ABSOLUTELY love this post and its definitely one of my favorites. You have ignited in me the flame that was slowly starting to go out, and for that I am thankful!! I I have been at this a year and some days it's harder than others but your right, it's such a great thing to fight for!     What a lovely post, I also thank MFP for all my success. I had lost weight in the past but it crept back on...now I know this isn't just a plan it's a way of life. So many of my friends inspire me, and posts like yours as well.
