unless it is our 45 pound 5 year old, our 57 pound 7 year old, their two backpacks from school, the duffel bag from their dad's, two bags of groceries, a purse and a laptop, with keys and wearing four inch heels...

Ha ha. I live two storeys up and refuse to make several trips to the car to get my shopping and have even been known to carry a bag between my teeth. Adding in 4" heels gives the calves a good workout
