Does anyone watch thier sugar totals when logging?

My sugars are usually way over too, mainly because of fruit. Hasn't stopped from losing over 30 pounds so I don't worry about it.

Unless you have an allergy to a chemical then I tend to ignore the individual items at the moment as my goal is to lose weight
I am aiming to eat my calories
I have seen a dietician and she explained that this information is usefull to her however I should not obsess on sugars, salts etc, She uses that information when helping people with blood pressure issues, or other problems0
