Not so new, but new to health

Hi everyone.
I've been on MFP for awhile, though I didn't use it in the past for healthy weight loss, but like a last ditch attempt to hold onto my eating disorder. Long long story short I took an overdose last year, and since then I have been finally facing my demons and I feel ready to shed some excess weight in a healthy manner. I unfortunately gained 30lbs from a medication last year, and while I wasn't in shape before, now I'm larger and still not in shape.
I'm not too focused on a goal number. I more want to be able to run a marathon with my mother one day.
As for now, I'm 5'2" and seem to be sitting around 147lbs. I currently am not that active, but I do plan on starting on running again, and going back to yoga in a few weeks. I'm also a veg*n (primarily eat a vegan diet but occasionally have items that contain milk or eggs) and have been for 5 years. My highest weight was probably a little over 190lbs. I guess I'm just looking for some friends for support and who can be understanding but firm (so call me on it) if I start slipping into unhealthy eating patterns. I'm thinking around 120lbs is a good place weight wise as a goal, but again I'm more concerned about how I feel than the number on a scale anymore.
