Yes your heart is exhausted from beating all your life and your lungs are exhausted from breathing. A strong electric shock should do the trick.

This is why zombies are so popular these days. Its the ultimate life cleanse. Then just re-animate. :drinker:

Step 1: Throw away cleanse products.

Step 2: Eat a healthy and balanced diet.

    Step 3: Exercise 3-5 times a week.

    The end.

I know that my liver, kidneys, stomach, and digestive tract get exhausted from doing their normal job of detoxing my body

The only reason you "know" that is because some quack told you.

Does your heart "get exhausted" from beating all the time? Does it need a "break"? Do you have an appointment with your cardiothoracic surgen to get hooked up to a heart-lung machine so you can give your heart a break for a couple of yours? What about your liver? Do you give it a "break" every now and then? Heck, how about the beams holding up the overhang over your porch? Do you regularly raise the roof to give them a break?

Your digestive tract doesn't need or want a break any more than your diaphragm does (think of all that work it does all day long, even while sleeping! It needs a vacay!)

The alternative to "cleansing" is "not following the stupid advice of a charlatan and letting your body do its thing."

It turns out your body is actually pretty good at keeping itself alive and functioning without you doing bizarre things to it because you think it wants it.

Your organs do not need a break. They do not dream of Caribbean cruises, ski resorts, or yoga retreats.

My organ dreams of Caribbean bikinis, ski bunnies and yoga pants. Does that count?

No cleanse necessary. I agree with "your body is a self cleaning oven" statement. To help it self clean try eating clean (or as clean as you can) for a few weeks and getting plenty of exercise and sleep and water. Your body will natural "expell" all the waste in all appropriate ways naturally.

I know that my liver, kidneys, stomach, and digestive tract get exhausted from doing their normal job of detoxing my body, so I've been fasting, and doing cleanses for several months now to give them a break and jump start my metabolic processes. Lately I've been concerned about my other organs though, namely my heart, lungs, and brain. Is there an equivalent to fasting and cleansing to detox them so that they can take a break, and then jump start their normal processes?

    Dialysis. And raspberry ketones.

Celibacy. At least it will cleanse your soul.
