Want to enjoy retirement but too heavy

I've always been fat. There. I said it. I weighed 205 when I graduated from high school and now, in my early sixties, my weight has been hovering between 275 and 295 for years. I know that eating right and exercising are the way to lose weight. I've done it before but not in many years. It's time now to do something once and for all. I've been looking around for a supportive community like another I belong to and this looks like it. I hope I can support you all as you do me and we enjoy a healthy life together.
