One that i love is take 2 low fat graham crackers, regular or chocolate, spread a smear of hershey choc syrup or fudge (just a tiny bit will do) and a dollop of fat free cool whip. I wrap it individually and freeze until hard. The taste like an ice cream sandwich and are delicious. i make up a big batch so they are there when needed! )0

100g greek yogurt
50g stewed apple (or any other fruit/berries you like) I like mine warmed.
half a Hartleys no fat, low cal jelly (blueberry and raspberry is my fav)
mini meringue nest (all sorts of supermarkets do them , only about 15 cals each)
