Hands down Special K Fruit & Yogurt or Cinnamon Pecan with Fat Free Milk and fresh/frozen mixed fruit on top OR Dulce de Leche or Cinnamon Burst Cheerios same scenario. I add 1TBSP local, raw honey and 1/2 - 1TBSP EVOO also.

I am crazy about Fiber One's new 80 calorie honey squares! http://www.fiberone.com/products/cereal/80-calories-honey-squares

I also love the new flavors that Cheerios has out - in particular, the peanut butter ones. Yum!

Fiber One's 80 calorie chocolate tastes like Coco Puffs to me. NOM NOM NOM!

Hot cereal - McCann's steel cut oatmeal. I add a few drops of maple syrup and some blueberries to that. Keeps me full all morning.
Cold cereal - Silver Palate Grainberry Apples and Cinnamon flavor or Cheerios.

    Usually anything by Kashi
I don't really eat cereal though because it makes me hungrier!

2 servings of John McCains steel cut oats and I mix in 1 serving of Fage 2 percent plain. But first thing in morning I have 2 servings of Market Pantry (Targets Brand) Chocolate Protein Powder with one cup 2 percent milk and blend with 6 ice cubes chocolate smoothy to get my morning going.

I love Kashi Go Lean Crunch (yum!), but I also alternate between Kashi, Great Grains Cranberry Almond Crunch, Grapenuts, and Fiber One.

I make my own granola, and I love it! I use old-fashioned oats (although steel-cut are the best), wheat germ, chopped nuts and dried fruit. Send me a message if you'd like a recipe!

I almost always go for Old Fashioned Oatmeal and stir in a fist full of fresh berries instead of any sugar or other sweetener. On the rare occasion that I have cold cereal it's usually one of the Fiber One varieties.

But if I didnt give two ****s about my health I would eat any cereal with lots of sugar!! My parents deprived me as a child, seriously affected me into adulthood!

Breakfast is my least favourite meal of the day. Usually I have porridge or if I'm feeling particularly daring, I'll have crunchy nut cornflakes, rebel that I am!
  • Special K Fruit and Yogurt! I love this cereal. I have been eating it for months almost every morning for breakfast and sometimes snack without getting bored.

i have a serious love of breakfast cereal, it used to be captain crunch, honey smacks, lucky charms etc. i'm trying to act at least a little my age and switch to a lower-sugar cereal. i've been eating Kix and Kashi Indigo Morning for a couple months now, and i wanted to know what's good and pretty healthy in your breakfast cereal world? i'm into crunchy, puffy-type cereals

I eat Quaker Corn Bran. Its sweet and crunchy and I have NEVER found a cereal anywhere with better ratio of high protein, low carbs/sugar to calories. I eat it almost every morning!

My other choice is a kids cereal *grinz* Gorilla Munch by EnviroKidz Organic. Also yummy and good for you!

My other go-to is oatmeal. With some stevia stirred in, sprinkled with chopped walnuts and bananas.... mmmm

Seldom eat cereal (because I would go ham on the whole box). But if I did, it would Cap'n Crunch Berry.

Double chocolate Krave cereal can not be considered breakfast in my opinion. However, as a stand in for dessert? It works. And is exceptionally delicious!

I put all bran buds in with my yogurt and fruit in the morning, lots of fibre and I get my serving of fruit in. Very filling.

Historically I'm not a fan of breakfast so as a compromise, i go for Crunchy Nut Cornflakes as they're a bit naughty and don't go soggy so fast. Not exactly the healthy choice but hey, I'm rarely over in my sugar intake so what the hell :)

I'm not a big cereal lover (I eat porridge almost every morning though--is that a cereal??) but I do like a bowl of Cheerios occasionally.A Actually had them this morning. And rarely, I'll have Special K Peach & Apricot.
