    So many threads that are diverting the reason why most are on here in the first place...............getting to an acceptable weight for themselves.

    So back to the BASICS.

    Moderate calorie Deficit
    Get in your correct macro/micro nutrients
    Do exercise that you will follow through with the rest of you life (some strength and cardio combo seems to work best)
    Get the right amount of rest

    That's way too easy and couldn't possibly work. I mean c'mon...where are the raspberry ketones and cider vinegar shots coupled with 500 net calories and insane amounts of cardio. What about the elimination of all of the "bad" foods in favor of the "good" foods? Where's the deprivation and starvation...everyone knows that weight loss should be painful...if you're not having endless hunger pangs throughout the day, you're probably doing it wrong, am I right?

    Pfff...yeah...basics.

    And just in case someone mistakes my sarcasm for seriousness...
