Stuck at 80 ish pounds....

I've been eating 1200 calories per day and exercising about 4-5 times a week for 40 minutes and just recently started strength training. How many calories should I be eating per day in order to lose 2 lbs a week? I've been using MFP since last January consistently and have lost quite a bit of weight just around 80 pounds but now I find that I have plateaued. What should I be doing to get the weight to come off again??

Take a full diet break by eating at maintenance for 6 to 8 weeks. Do you know what your mantenance level is? If you have been severely restricting calories (and it looks like you have, basedon your daily intakeand exercise level) be preparedto gain a few pounds as your metabolism and hormones reset. That's the price you pay for abusing your body.
Once you have done a full reset, start eating at a mild defecit from your tdee. Most recommend no more than 20 % but it may need to be less if you are close to goal weight.
If you are not sure what your tdee is, do a forum search for the "in place of a roadmap" post and go from there. You may also want to check out the post on "full diet reset" and check out the "Eat More to Weigh Less" group.

simple answer is there is no healthy or maintainable way to lose 2 lbs a week where you are.

    try having more reasonable goals.
