    Hi. i am off to Target today and will start the Shred tomorrow. How long do you stay at level one? can't wait to start!

    You do each level for 7 days I believe. Good luck! I never started it up again, and if I do, I might have to buy a new wedding dress.. the one I couldn't zip now has to be taken in!
