Them deadlifts will be my rest/recover set for sure. The box jumps will make me want to sob in the corner...0 -

The box jumps were killer. Did you do 13.1? The burpee/snatch pyramid? I almost threw up. That was probably the hardest workout I've had at CrossFit to date.0 -
