    Haha. Your avatar cracks me up. Lots of deadlifts in the Open WOD 13.2 yesterday :-)

    Them deadlifts will be my rest/recover set for sure. The box jumps will make me want to sob in the corner...

    The box jumps were killer. Did you do 13.1? The burpee/snatch pyramid? I almost threw up. That was probably the hardest workout I've had at CrossFit to date.

    I did not do either of the open workouts yet... Hoping to be able to compete by this time next year! Great job guys!
