    I am in my journey and I really feel you...it is a strangle every day with my self to keep in truck, but every morning that I wake up and a day ended succesfully I gain a bit more confidence.
    And when I see results like that I know I can do it too.

    Wow you look amazing!! :love: I just hit my 50 lb mark as well! I too had a lot of ups and downs, so I totally understand where you're coming from but the important thing was you stuck with it, never gave up and that's all that matters!! Doesn't it feel great to try on clothes you never could before and it looks great on you?! BEST. FEELING. EVER. :laugh: Keep up the great work! :smile:

    i have been on mfp for almost a year. 258 days. i started getting healthly little before that.

    You look amazing!! I am actually stuck at 159 now trying to overcome a plateau & ive been here for 3 weeks now. Im not sure how to get over it. My goal is to be 140 by the summer and just tone up. Any advice ?! Anyone ?!
